琥珀酸索利那新治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱过度活动症的临床观察

Security and efficacy of solifenacin in the treatment of overactive bladder after TURP

目的 探讨琥珀酸索利那新治疗经尿道前列腺电切（TURP）术后膀胱过度活动症的疗效及安全性.方法 经尿道前列腺电切术后患者140例,采用随机方法分为两组,琥珀酸索利那新治疗组70例,对照组70例.琥珀酸索利那新组服药剂量均为每次5mg,每日1次,手术当日开始服药,拔除导尿管后3d停药.对照组给予安慰剂,剂量均为每次5mg,每日1次,手术当日开始服药,拔除导尿管后3d停药.结果 琥珀酸索利那新治疗组术后膀胱过度活动次数及膀胱过度活动平均持续时间,膀胱冲洗时间、冲洗液转清时间、拔除导尿管时间,24h尿急次数、排尿次数、夜尿次数、急迫性尿失禁次数均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）,而平均每次尿量显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 琥珀酸索利那新对缓解经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱过度活动症效果显著,安全可靠,不良反应少.

Objectives To evaluate the clinical security and efficacy of Solifenacin in the control of overactive bladder after transurethral-prostatectomy（TURP）.Methods 140 patients of TURP were randomly divided into solifenacin group and control group.Solifenacin group received solifenacin （5mg,QD）after transurethral prostatectomy.Control group used a placebo suppositories in anus after transurethral prostatectomy.Results The numbers of bladder spasm episodes,duration of overactive bladder,the time of bladder perfusion clearance,indwelling catheter delivery in solifenacin group reduced significantly as compared with placebo suppositories group.After removal of catheter,the numbers of voids per day,mean urine volume per void,number of incontinent episodes in solifenacin group improved significantly as compared with placebo suppositories group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Sollfenacin is security and effective for the treatment Of overactive bladder after TURP.
