正五聚蛋白-3在慢性肾脏病中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 正五聚蛋白-3（PTX-3）是正五聚蛋白超家族成员之一,是一种产生部位广泛,特异性及敏感性均强的急相反应蛋白.既往大量研究显示其在炎症、心血管及自身免疫疾病的产生及发展机制中有重要作用,近几年来,PTX-3在慢性肾脏病患者肾功能改变、微炎症状态及心血管病变等方面的作用及机制成为了国内外的研究热点,本综述对目前PTX-3在慢性肾脏病研究道路上的进展作一综述.
