摘要 NALP3炎性复合体是机体固有免疫系统的重要成分,能促进caspase-1和IL-1β活化,诱导多种与炎症级联反应相关的细胞因子表达及活化,产生炎症免疫应答反应,与多种自身免疫性疾病及非感染性全身性疾病密切相关。NALP3炎性复合体与许多信号通路有关,本文主要就NALP3炎性复合体与MAPK、核转录因子κB及活性氧簇信号通路之间的关系作一综述。 The NALP3 inflammasome,a key component of the innate immune system, facilitates caspase-1 and interleukin-1β processing, induces the expression and activation of cytokines associated with inflammation cascade reaction, causes inflammatory immune response, is closely associated with various autoimmune diseases and non intectious systemic diseases. NALP3 inflammasome has relation with many signal pathways. The relationship between NALP3 inflammasome and mitogen-activated protein kinases, nuclear factor-κB,reactive oxygen species signal pathway will be discussed in this review.
