脑卒中急性期中医护理方案的多中心临床研究

Multi-center clinical study on TCM nursing programs of stroke patients during acute phase

[目的]通过对脑卒中急性期中医护理方案的临床验证,确定中医护理方案的临床疗效,为进一步优化中医护理方案奠定基础。[方法]选择脑卒中急性期病人216例,按照预先制定的中医护理方案进行辨证施护,并进行健康指导。在病人出院时进行临床疗效、病人满意度、方案实用性评价。[结果]216例病人总有效率达87.0%。病人对健康指导满意度为100.0%。91.2%的责任护士认为本护理方案的实用性较强。[结论]中医综合治疗方案介入脑卒中急性期康复治疗,能更有效地促进病人多方面能力的康复,提高病人的生存质量。

Objective：Through clinical verification of TCM nursing programs of stroke patients during the acute phase to determine the clinical curative effect of TCM nursing programs,so as to lay the foundations for the further optimization of TCM nursing programs.Methods：A total of 216 cases of stroke（cerebral infarction）patients in acute period were selected,and the dialectical nursing was conducted according to the pre-established TCM nursing programs,to carry out nursing and health guidance based on the symptoms.The evaluation was carried out on the clinical curative effect,patients＇ satisfaction and program practicality.Results：The total effective rate of 216 patients achieved 87.0%.The satisfaction of patients on health guidance was 100.0%,91.2% of responsibility nurses thought that the practicality of the nursing program was better.Conclusion：The comprehensive TCM treatment program in rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients（cerebral infarction）in acute phase can more effectively promote the patients＇ rehabilitation of various abilities and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
