基于核心能力的高等中医院校护理研究生课程设置的初步研究

Initial study on curriculum setup of nursing postgraduate of based on core competency in higher TCM universities

[目的]以中医院校护理硕士研究生的核心能力为基础,探讨与之相适宜的中医院校护理硕士研究生课程设置。[方法]采用Delphi法对备选课程进行两轮专家咨询。[结果]两轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率分别为85.71%和86.67%。专家权威程度系数为0.822-0.860,意见协调系数为0.231-0.242（均P〈0.001）,具有统计学意义,说明专家意见的协调性好。围绕中医院校护理硕士研究生核心能力设置了由专业能力、专业发展能力、评判性思维能力、人文素质4个模块组成的30门课程。[结论]中医院校护理硕士研究生课程应根据核心能力并结合中医院校特色进行设置,对建立更科学的中医院校护理硕士研究生的课程体系具有重要的参考价值。

Objective：To probe into suitable curriculum setup of nursing postgraduate based on the core competence of nursing master postgraduates in TCM universities.Methods：Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation for alternative courses.Results：The effective recovery rate of two rounds expert consultation questionnaire were 85.70%and 86.67%.Coefficient of expert authority degree was 0.822~0.860,the opinion coordination coefficient was 0.231-0.242（P〈0.001）,and there was statistically significant difference,that showed that the coordination of expert opinion was good.Around the core competence of nursing master postgraduate in TCM universities,30 courses were set up including 4modules of professional ability,professional development ability,critical thinking ability and the humanistic quality formed.Conclusion：The curriculum of nursing postgraduate in TCM universities should be set up based on the core competence and combined with the characteristics of TCM universities,which has an important reference value for establishing more scientific curriculum system of the nursing master postgraduate in TCM universities.
