摘要
以辽西地区大铃铛枣为试验材料,在减压与常压条件下对大枣的丙二醛和相对电导率进行了比对试验。结果表明:减压储藏能够很好地抑制丙二醛含量和相对电导率的上升,可延缓大枣衰老,延长储藏保鲜时间。
In order to explore whether the hypobaric treatment is beneficial for jujube's storage,the article takes Dalingdang jujube in western Liaoning as the test material and conducts a contrast test under hypobaric and the ordinary conditions to compare MDA and relative electrical conductivity of jujube.The results show that the hypobaric storage can effectively control the MDA content and raise the relative electrical conductivity,which can postpone the aging of jujube and prolong storage's preservation time.
