摘要 目的:评估Cica-Beta Test试剂盒对铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)金属β-内酰胺酶(MBLs)检测的临床适用性。方法选取文献[5]中的82株耐亚胺培南 PAE,PAE-MHT法和 Cica-Beta Test试剂盒分别进行 MBLs 检测。结果 PAE-MHT法的敏感度、特异度和准确率分别为84.6%,97.2%和97.6%。Cica-Beta Test试剂盒敏感度、特异度和准确率分别为76.9%,100%和96.3%。PAE-MHT法和Cica-Beta Test试剂盒有非常好的一致性。结论两种方法均适合应用于临床快速筛查非发酵菌产 MBLs。 Objective To evaluate Cica-Beta Test kit for detection of metallo-β-lactamase-producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PAE)in the clinical microbiology laboratory.Methods A total of 82 imipenem-resistant PAE clinical isolates from literature[5]was dectected to metallo-β-lactamase (MBLs)by PAE-MHT and Cica-Beta Test kit.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rate of PAE-MHT was 84.6%,97.2% and 97.6%,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rate of Cica-Beta Test kit was 76.9%,100% and 96.3%,respectively.Two methods had a good consistency.Conclusion Two methods are simple,quick for detecting to metallo-β-lactamase-producing Pseudomonas in clinical laboratories.
