消毒供应室对再生医疗器械的质量管理探讨

Quality management of recycled medical devices in central sterile supply department

目的探究消毒供应室对于再生医疗器械的感染控制相关对策,以提高消毒供应室提供高质量的再生医疗器械。方法采用回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、无菌储藏以及无菌输送等各方式对医疗器械进行感染的控制,对2011年4月-2013年8月1 000套再生医疗器械包的收集和应用进行感染控制。结果实施再生医疗器械进行全过程的质量监控后,医疗器械回收、清洗、包装、灭菌等与实施再生医疗器械全过程质量监管前相比,实施后有明显的改善和提高,医护人员对于消毒后的器械满意度100.00%,明显高于对再生医疗器械进行全程监管之前的满意度90.00%,合格率为100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对所有的医疗器械进行严格的感染控制、消毒供应室的清洗消毒灭菌质量管理,能够改善和提高再生医疗器械的利用价值,保证消毒供应室的工作质量。

OBJECTIVE To explore the corresponding measures for management of recycled medical devices in the central sterile supply department so as to offer high quality recycled medical devices .METHODS The medical de-vices were recycled ,cleaned ,packaged ,sterilized ,stored ,and transported to control the infections .From Apr 2011 to Aug 2013 ,totally 1 000 sets of recycled medical devices were collected to control the infections .RESULTS After the whole process quality monitoring was carried out for the recycled medical devices ,the recycle ,cleaning , package ,and sterilization of the recycled medical devices were significantly improved ;the health care workers＇sat-isfaction with the disinfected devices was 100 .00% ,significantly higher than 90 .00% before the whole process quality monitoring was implemented ,and the qualified rate was 100 .00% ,there was significant difference （P 〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The strict control of infections for all the medical devices and rigid quality management of disinfection in the central sterile supply department can raise the utilization value of the recycled medical devices and ensure the work quality of the central sterile supply department .
