Pathogenesis of ovarian cancer induced by human papillomavirus and prevention countermeasures

卵巢癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率高,位居女性恶性肿瘤第3位,随着病情的发展,严重者甚至发生恶病质,严重威胁女性生命安全;纵观医学的发展进程,对于卵巢癌的研究并不在少数,目前仍存在着两种主要的假说,炎症假说和脑垂体促性腺激素假说,这表明卵巢癌与内分泌因素,病毒感染,遗传和家族因素,化学致癌及环境条件恶化因素等有很大关联;很多研究结果表明,感染和炎症是癌症发生发展的重要原因之一,炎症部位的细胞因子和趋化因子可引起细胞内染色体DNA发生损害,这些受损DNA的细胞存在于较高浓度的炎症细胞和不同生物因子的环境中发生失控性繁殖生长,最后导致其难以修复,而发展成为癌;而感染病原体是引发炎症的主要原因;该综述研究卵巢癌与HPV之间的联系,制定卵巢癌的防治策略,为卵巢癌的早期诊断以及治疗提供一定的临床基础。

The ovarian cancer is one of the common gynecological malignant tumors ,the prevalence is high ,rank-ing the third place of malignant tumor in the female .With the progression of the illness condition ,the severe cases may deteriorate ,which seriously threatens the life safety of the female .The longitudinal observation of the devel-opment process of medical science shows that there are a large number of researches on the ovarian cancer .At present ,two major hypotheses remain ,including the inflammation hypothesis and pituitary gland gonadotropin hypothesis ,indicating that the ovarian cancer is closely associated with endocrine ,viral infection ,genetic ,and fa-milial factors as well as the chemical carcinogenesis and deterioration of environmental condition .Many studies re-vealed that the infection and inflammation are the leading causes of the cancer ,the cytokines and chemokines at the inflammation site may result in the damage of cellular chromosomal DNA ,these impaired DNA lay in high concen-tration of inflammatory cells and grow and reproduce out of control in different environments of biological factors , finally leading to the difficult repair and developing to cancer .While the infection of pathogen is the leading cause of inflammation .The review has defined the correlation between the ovarian cancer and HPV ,and the prevention strategies for the ovarian caner should be formulated so as to provide certain clinical basis for early diagnosis and treatment .
