人际信任与继任者来源对继任绩效的影响

The Influence of Interpersonal Trust and Origin of Successors on Their Performance

摘要 文章以浙江省家族企业为样本,采用配对问卷调研方法获取数据,实证分析家族企业前任和继任者的人际信任与继任绩效的关系,探讨继任者来源的影响特征。其中,继任绩效指标包括继任满意度和经济绩效两个方面。统计检验显示:(1)人际信任与继任绩效显著正相关。(2)继任者来源只与人际信任显著相关,与继任绩效没有显著相关性。(3)继任者来源对人际信任与继任绩效的关系具有部分调节作用。即对外部继任而言,人际信任关系对继任满意度的影响更大。(4)继任满意度在人际信任与经济绩效的关系中具有部分中介作用。 By using the paired samples of antecessors and successors of the family business in Zhejiang province,this article analyzes the relationship among the interpersonal trust between antecessors and successors,the origin of successors and their performances,such as the succession satisfaction and the enterprise's economic performance. The empirical study testifies:( 1) the interpersonal trust bares the significant positive correlation related to successors' performance;( 2) the origin of successors bares a significant correlation related to the interpersonal trust,while there is no significant correlation related to successors' performance;( 3) the origin of successors has a partially mediated effect in the relationship between the interpersonal trust and the successors' performance; that is,compared to the internal succession,the interpersonal trust between the antecessor and the external successor has more influences on the succession satisfaction;( 4) the succession satisfaction has a partially intermediated effect on the relationship between the interpersonal trust and the enterprise's economic performance.
