摘要
目的:探讨湿法粉碎提取法在中药有效成分提取过程中的具体应用及提取效果。方法平均取7份等量金银花,分别编号为1-7,前3组分别用湿法粉碎提取法依次提取10、20、30min;4、5组分别采用回流提取法提取45、90min;6、7组则利用超声提取法分别提取30、45min。比较7组提取结果中的绿原酸提出率及出膏率,从而分析该方法的提取效果。结果湿法粉碎提取法提取10min后的绿原酸提出率明显高于回流提取法提取45min的提出率(P<0.05),湿法粉碎提取法提取20min的绿原酸提出率明显高于超声提取法提取30min的提出率(P<0.05)。回流提取法及超声提取法提取时间越长,其有效成分的提出率越低;湿法粉碎提取法及回流提取法的出膏率接近,均略高于超声提取法。结论湿法粉碎提取法用于金银花有效成分提取时,不仅可缩短提取时间,还可提高有效成分的提出率。
Objective To investigate the application of wet grinding extraction method for the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine and analyze the effectiveness of the method .Methods An average of seven equal amount of hon-eysuckle were taken ,numbered 1 to 7.The first three groups were followed by wet grinding extraction method to extract 10 min, 20 min and 30 min;The 4th and 5th groups were used to extract by 45 reflux extraction with 45 min and 90 min respectively;The 6th and 7th groups used by ultrasonic extraction method respectively 30 min and 45 min,then compared the results of the seven groups extraction of chlorogenic acid cream proposed rate and the extraction rate ,and analyzed the effectiveness of the method.Results The chlorogenic acid extraction rate by wet grinding extraction method after 10min was significantly higher than that by reflux extraction method with 45min (P〈0.05);The chlorogenic acid extraction rate by wet grinding extraction method with 20min was significantly higher than that by ultrasonic extraction method with 30min (P〈0.05).The longer ex-traction time of reflux extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method ,the less effective components extraction .The chloro-genic acid cream proposed rate of wet grinding extraction method and reflux extraction method were close ,which were slightly higher than the ultrasonic extraction method .Conclusion Wet grinding extraction method is used to extract active ingredients from honeysuckle ,not only the extraction time can be shortened ,but also improve the rate of active ingredients made .
