He defined the Three Favorables criterion, which charted the course for the implementation of the Party＇s basic line. To inherit Deng＇s thoughts, we must judge domestic and international situation properly and further strengthen the Party＇s basic line with great confidence and determination. We must view the endorsement and implementation of the Party＇s basic line as an important standard for judging one＇s virtue and competence. We should launch anti-deviations campaigns on a case-by-case basis and adhere to scientific development.
