摘要 研究了超声波技术在不同条件下对藻毒素(MCs)降解的效果。结果表明,当浓度为12.43μg/L的藻毒素溶液在1 200 W超声作用5 min时,藻毒素去除率可达81%;1 200 W超声作用15 min时,藻毒素去除率达99%,几乎全部去除。不论是采用单纯超声法或超声-混凝法处理含微囊藻废水,都不会引起水体中藻毒素的上升。用超声法处理含微囊藻废水,同时具有直接破壁灭藻、抑制未灭藻的生长活性和降解藻毒素3种功效。 The effect of ultrasonic technique degrading microcystins in different conditions was discussed. The results show that when the concentration of microcystins solution is 12. 43 μg / L,the microcystins removal rate can reach 81% under 1 200 W ultrasonic treatment for 5 minutes; when the same microcystins solution is under 1 200 W ultrasonic treatment for 15 minutes,microcystins removal rate can reach 99%,nearly all the microcystins being removed. When the wastewater containing microcystis is treated by either simple ultrasonic method or ultrasoniccoagulation method,the microcystins will not increase in water. The ultrasonic method in dealing with wastewater containing microcystis has three functions at the same time: destroying the cytoderm and killing microcystis directly,inhibiting the growth activity of surviving microcystis and degrading microcystins.
