河南省部分地区猪流感病毒的RT-PCR检测与亚型鉴定

摘要 猪流感是由猪流感病毒（swine influenza virus,SIV）引起的一种急性高度接触传染性猪呼吸道疾病,临床上以突发、高热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、高发病率、低死亡率为特征。当有其他病原继发或混合感染时,常引起更严重的经济损失。SIV可以感染人,因此其具有重要的公共卫生意义。有关河南省SIV的研究报道不多,笔者本次研究旨在了解河南省部分地区SIV的感染情况及其亚型,现将研究结果报道如下。
