摘要 [目的]筛选出大樱桃半矮化砧木Colt试管苗快繁最适培养基配方。[方法]以大樱桃半矮化砧木Colt试管苗为试材,研究植物生长调节剂、培养基无机盐浓度及蔗糖浓度对Colt砧木试管苗不定芽增殖的影响。[结果]培养基中添加0.5 mg/L BA,可促进芽增殖,增殖倍数为16.7;添加0.1 mg/L IAA时,其增殖倍数达19.1;1.0 MS无机盐浓度和30 g/L的蔗糖时,其增殖倍数分别为19.7和19.3。[结论]为大樱桃砧木其它品种快繁提供技术参考。 [Objective] Screening the suitable medium for bud rapid propagation in vitro of sweet cherry dwarf rootstock Colt. [Methodl Colt, dwarf rootstock of sweet cherry, was used as an objective material to study the effect of plant growth regulators, medium salt and sucrose concentration on the bud multiplication. [Result] Proliferation multiple was 16.7 with 0.5 mg/L BA and 19.1 in the case of addition of 0.1 mg/L IAA. The optimal medium for adventitious bud differentiation was 1.0 MS medium and addition of 30 g/L sucrose. The proliferation multiple reached 19.7 and 19.3 respectively. [Conclusion] The result would provide technique reference for rapid propagation of other varieties in sweet cherry rootstock.
