摘要
词汇附带习得是近年来大学英语词汇习得领域兴起的新课题。本文回顾了该领域的重要理论研究成果,并以Rieder的"聚焦、充实"模式为基础阐述了大学英语词汇附带习得的认知机制,分析了影响学习者"聚焦度"和"充实度"的因素,并提出了该理论模型对大学英语词汇教学的启示。
The purpose of the paper is to through explaining the cognitive mechanism of vocabulary acquisition in L2 readingprocess. Studies of incidental vocabulary acquisition (IVA) in second language learning have received increasing attention abroad.This paper first reviews the studies in relation to the following aspects concerning second language incidental vocabularyacquisition: the definitions, empirical studies, theories and hypotheses related to incidental vocabulary acquisition. It providesuseful insights to second language vocabulary learning and teaching.
