摘要
本文探讨了农村散养生猪猪口蹄疫(foot and mouth disease,FMD)、猪瘟(classical swine fever,CSF)和高致病性猪蓝耳病(highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,HP-PRRS)的程序化免疫模式。通过对被免疫猪群小组试验、农户调查等试验研究,以及ELISA方法定期对各阶段血清抗体进行检测,结果表明试验组生猪FMD、CSF和HPPRRS的抗体阳性率分别为88.03%、86.58%、86.24%,而对照组则仅分别为76.63%、75.38%、71.25%,程序化免疫模式的免疫效果明显优于传统"春秋两防"免疫效果。
The procedures immunization mode was studied, which of foot and mouth disease(FMD), classical swine fever(CSF) and highly pathogenic PRRS(HP-PRRS) in the rural area, by the group test of the inoculated pigs, questionnaire investigation of farmers, and the serological detection using indirect ELISA method. The results showed that the antibody positive rates of FMD、CSF and HPRRS were 88.03%、86.58% and 86.24% in experimental group pigs and the antibody positive rates of FMD、CSF and HPRRS were 76.63%、75.38% and 71.25% in control group pigs, respectively. The results suggest that the immunity effects of the procedures immunization mode was obviously better than the traditional epidemic prevention, which only in the spring and autumn to prevention.
