摘要
在阐述洛阳伊滨区农村劳动力就业基本情况的基础上,分析了制约其剩余劳动力转移的原因,主要有:农村居民非农就业岗位不足限制了劳动力转移;农村居民知识技能水平低限制了就业领域的开拓;农村居民就业信息流通不畅限制了劳动力的转移;城乡生活差异导致农村劳动力转移后难以适应等。并在促进区域产业发展、提高居民知识技术水平、完善就业信息传输渠道和建立新型农村社区方面提出了解决措施。
On the basis of introducing rural labor employment situation in the Marina area of Luoyang,the reasons which limit the surplus labor transfer are analyzed as the following:the shortage of non-agricultural jobs for rural labor,the lower knowledge and technology level,the blocked information sources,the difficulty in adjusting to urban life styles.Some methods are proposed as promoting regional industry development,improving labor's knowledge and technology level,perfecting employment information transmission channel and setting up new rural communities.
