生态学视域下高职人才培养工作评估的优化

Optimization of the Talents Cultivation Evaluation of Higher Vocational Education from the Ecology Perspective

基于生态学的研究视角,从生态位的功能、生态要素耦合、生态绩效生成三个方面求证高职人才培养评估生态优化的现实需求,着重从社会关联、文化关联,静态关系机构、动态运行框架,功能稳定的辐射效应、结构契合的动力内生等角度明确范畴架构,在此基础上,从生态关联的角度明晰生态源,提升生态位,构建和运行生态机理,从而使对接高校需求、服务社会需要的评估生态效应显现。

Based on ecological perspective,the realistic demands of optimizing the talents cultivation evaluation of higher vocational education is analyzed from niche functions,ecological factors coupling and ecological performance.The category structure are cleared up from the aspects of social and culture relations,static relationship mechanism,dynamic operation framework,radiation effect of stable function and the endogenous motives.On the basis of these,from the angle of ecological relevance,the paper makes clear the ecological resources,promotes the ecological niche,constructs and operates the ecological mechanism,in order to highlight the evaluation ecological effect which connects the requirements of colleges and the needs of serving the society.
