论大学生战略思维的培养

On the Cultivation of Strategic Thinking of Colleges Students

影响我国大学生战略思维培养的原因主要体现在:一是大学教育过度专业化弱化了大学生的系统思维和宏观思维;二是灌输式教育束缚了大学生的创新思维;三是战略思维培训不力贫瘠化了大学生战略思维的成长土壤;四是道德教育的式微弱化了大学生的道德选择力。鉴于此,培养大学生战略思维可以从以下方面入手:第一,树立并践行理性的专业教育理念,提高大学生的系统思维和宏观思维能力;第二,推广启发式教学及研究式学习方式,培养大学生的创新能力;第三,强化对大学生战略思维的系统训练;第四,进一步完善道德教育体系,提升大学生的道德选择力。

The factors which influnce college students＇ strategic thinking cultivation in China are mainly manifested in：first,excessive professionalism education weakens the systematic thinking and macro thinking;second,the force-feeding education limits students innovative thinking;third,the lack of strategic thinking training impoverishes the soil of strategic thinking growth;fourth,the decline of moral education weakens college students＇ moral choices.In view of thiese,students＇ strategic thinking can be strengthened from the following aspects：first,setting up and practicing rational professional education to improve the college students＇ systematic thinking and macro-thinking ability;second,promoting heuristic teaching and research learning to cultivate students＇ innovative ability;third,strengthening the systematic training of strategic thinking;fourth,perfecting moral education system to improve college students＇ moral choics.
