民国时期在外徽商的困境

Huizhou Merchants' Difficulties in the Republic of China

明清时期徽商在各大商帮中执其牛耳,然而继道光盐法改革以及太平兵燹后其地位一落千丈。通过整理徽州万氏商人信函及相关的徽州文书揭示了民国时期徽商的经商现状以及困难,表明徽州商帮在民国时期并没有退出历史舞台。不幸的是,战争年代的动乱使得徽商最终消失在历史当中。

Huizhou merchants lead the major business groups in the period of Ming and Qing Dynasties.However,their status declines since the salt industry innovation of emperor Dao-guang and the Taiping Army wars.The Hui merchants＇ status and difficulties are revealed by sorting the Hui merchant Wan＇s letters and relative documents,which indicates that Hui merchants still exist in the Repubic of China era.Unfortunately,they disappear eventually in the turmoils during the years of war.
