摘要
水冷齿轮箱是无料钟高炉炉顶设备的核心部件,其功能是驱动并控制布料溜槽旋转和倾动,以满足高炉不同的布料要求。以某高炉炉顶齿轮箱为研究对象,采用虚拟样机技术,开展高炉齿轮箱的动力学仿真研究。研究结果表明,水冷齿轮箱布料溜槽在高速旋转和低速旋转时溜槽外圈齿轮所受啮合力相对较小;当溜槽倾动运动时溜槽外圈齿轮所受的啮合力变得很大,其最大值是溜槽旋转运动时溜槽外圈齿轮所受啮合力的两倍,说明布料器在溜槽倾动运动时不是很稳定。
The water-cooled gearbox is the key component of bell-less blast furnace top.Its function is to drive and control the rotation and tilt of the material distribution chute to meet the requirements of different material distribution.BY using the virtual prototype technology,taking the water-cooled gearbox of blast furnace as research object and the research of its dynamics simulation is carried out.The simulation results show,either in high or low speed rotation,the meshing force of the outer ring gear is comparatively small.Contrarily,when in tilt,the meshing force of the outer ring gear is comparatively large,the maximum meshing force is nearly 2times of the former,it is show that the distributing device is not very stable when the chute tilting.
