淤积土砂现场与混凝土拌合配比对强度的影响

摘要 本研究依日本现场处理工法(ISM)的概念,利用重量比法调配水泥与淤积土砂的拌合配比,探讨我国东南沿海地区细粒料比例(S/A)、水泥比例(C/A)等对拌合体强度的影响。试验得知就水泥比例(C/A)而言,拌合体强度与配比水泥用量有高度的相关性;就细粒料比例(S/A)而言,在水泥用量配比1∶6及1∶9时拌合体强度与细粒料比例(S/A)的线性相关性颇高,但随着水泥用量的减少其相关性也随之下降;考虑工程使用的便利性,由水泥比例(C/A)、细粒料比例(S/A)、粗骨材比重及粗骨材磨损率比对归纳拌合体强度公式的相关性颇高,可作为我国东南沿海地区现场拌合配比的调配基准。 This research in accordance with the Japanese the scene processing method( ISM),the concept of using weight ratio method mixing cement and sand mixing proportion of alluvial soil,discusses the southeast coastal areas in China fine aggregate ratio( S / A) and cement ratio( C / A) the influence of the strength of mix fit. Test that for cement ratio( C / A),mix fit intensity is A high correlation with the ratio of cement dosage; As fine aggregate ratio( S / A),the mixing ratio of cement dosage of 1∶ 6 and 1∶9 fit strength and fine aggregate ratio( S / A) of the linear correlation is quite high,but as the dosage of cement to reduce the correlation drops; Consider to use the convenience of engineering,the proportion of cement,fine aggregate ratio( C / A),coarse aggregate ratio( S / A) and coarse aggregate wear rate than inductive mix fit correlation formula of high intensity,can be used as our country allocate benchmark job mix proportioning of the southeast coastal areas.
