富铁冶金渣玻璃陶瓷的制备及结晶现象研究 被引量:5

摘要 以镍渣、高炉渣为主要原料,研究了这类富铁冶金渣玻璃陶瓷的组成及结晶变化规律。结果表明:镍渣-高炉渣玻璃陶瓷的抗折强度与高炉渣镍渣质量比及样品中Si O2含量有关。样品抗折强度随着质量比和Si O2含量的增大呈现出先增大后减小的变化趋势。试验确定的最佳组成参数为:高炉渣与镍渣的质量比为3.5/1,样品中Si O2的含量在42%。同时,试验利用XRD、SEM分析方法对这类富铁冶金渣玻璃陶瓷结晶过程进行了分析,最后得出镍渣-高炉渣玻璃陶瓷结晶过程是从非结晶态向结晶态逐渐转变的过程,结晶过程中伴有热量的释放和亮度的变化等现象。 With the nickel slag and blast furnace slag,the composition and the crystallization phenomena of an iron-rich glass-ceramic prepared from the iron-rich metallurgical slag were investigated in this paper. It was found that the flexural strength of samples was affected by the mass ratio of nickel slag and blast furnace slag and the content of Si O2 in samples. And optimum parameters were found the mass ratio of nickel slag and blast furnace slag was 3. 5 /1 and the content of Si O2 in samples was 42%. The crystallization process of the glass-ceramic was investigated by means of XRD and SEM in the paper. It was found that the crystallization process of the glass-ceramic was also a process from the non-crystal to the crystal. There were release of heat and variation of brightness phenomena in the crystallization process.
