摘要
以研究季冻区道路水泥稳定碎石材料的路用性能为目的,在稳定碎石材料中掺入5%的水泥,再用不同剂量的早强剂(SES-I型)替换水泥,研究不同早强剂掺量的水泥稳定碎石材料的吸水率、冻融后的质量损失率、冻融前后无侧限抗压强度及抗冻系数。试验得出,早强剂能够降低材料的吸水率、冻融后的质量损失率,提高其早期无侧限强度及抗冻系数。其中掺量为16%早强剂的材料抗冻性最显著。故早强剂的掺入在提高材料早期强度的同时,也能有效减缓水泥稳定碎石材料因冻融造成的破坏,提高道路的使用寿命。
The experimental purpose is to study the road performance of the cement stabilized macadam material used in seasonally frozen areas. 5% cement was added to the stabilized macadam material,then the cement was replaced by early strength agent( SES-I) with different proportion,so the water absorption rate,mass loss after freeze-thaw,unconfined compressive strength before and after freeze-thaw,frostresistance coefficient of the cement stabilized macadam material with different dosages of early strength agent were studied through experiments. The experimental results showed that the early strength agent can reduce material water absorption and the mass loss rate. At the same time,the early unconfined compressive strength and the frost resistance coefficient of the material are improved. For improving material frost-resistance,the best dosage of early strength agent is 16%. Therefore,the early strength agent can improve material early strength,and moreover,it can slow down the damage of cement stabilized macadam material caused by freeze-thaw effectively,improve the road service life.
