基于硅藻土悬浮填料制备及其对有机废水吸附研究 被引量:7

摘要 本试验采用硅藻土为主要原料制备填料,以期制备的填料达到可悬浮且性质优良,可以作为MBBR反应器中的生物载体,提高脱氮除磷效果。同时考察制备条件和吸附条件对填料性能的影响,找到制备硅藻土悬浮填料的最佳条件和配比,通过扫描电子显微镜观察填料表面及内部结构,以及填料静态吸附过程中的等温吸附方程进行拟合。结果表明,950℃下膨润土和碳粉含量分别为30%和10%时,制备的硅藻土填料性能优良,对COD、NH3-N和TP的吸附去除率分别可达23.96%、63.33%和95.77%,比表面积可达280 m2/g,具备比表面积大孔隙均匀等特点,可以吸附废水中的有机物质。 In this study,diatomite was the main raw material for the preparation of suspended packing,filler to be suspended and prepared to achieve excellent properties can be used as MBBR reactor biological carrier,improve nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Meanwhile this study investigated the influence of preparation conditions and adsorption conditions on the performance of the filler,diatomite suspension was prepared to find the best conditions and the ratio of the filler,the filler surface and internal structure was observed,as well as in the process of packing static adsorption isotherm equation by scanning electron microscopy fitting. The experimental results demonstrated that bentonite and carbon contents were 30% and 10% at 950 ℃,the diatomaceous earth filler prepared excellent performance of COD,NH3-N and TP removal rates of up to 23. 96% adsorption,63. 33% and 95. 77%,the specific surface area of up to 280 m2/ g, with uniform pores with large specific surface area and other characteristics,can absorb organic substances in wastewater.
