摘要
在基体釉料中掺入微量稀土金属氧化钕,采用氧化、还原两种釉烧气体氛围,设定相同的温度控制工艺,研究在不同气氛下氧化钕的添加量对钧瓷釉层的微观组织及呈色影响。通过对釉料进行差热热重分析(TG-DSC),确定升温工艺;通过X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、扫面电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDX)研究釉层的物相及微观组织形貌;通过紫外可见漫反射光谱分析稀土金属氧化钕含量及气体氛围对钧瓷釉层呈色的影响。分析结果显示,添加氧化钕后,不同气氛下钧瓷的呈色不同,氧化气氛下呈蓝色,还原气氛下呈青绿色;釉层中均产生硅钕酸钙析晶,钧瓷呈色是Mie散射和Reyleigh散射共同作用的结果。
The addition of rare earth metal neodymium-oxide in matrix glaze can change the coloring and the fractured microstructures of the Jun Ware,after the same glaze-firing process and different atmosphere( including air atmosphere or reducing atmosphere). Heating process be confirmed by differential scanning calorimeter and thermo-gravimetric analysis. By using XRD,SEM and EDX,the effects of the neodymium-oxide addition on the fractured surface microstructures and the coloring of the Jun porcelain were investigated. The results show that the coloring of the Jun Ware changes from lucency to blue or turquoise after the addition of neodymium-oxide at different atmosphere. In addition,the crystalline Ca2Nd8( Si O4)6O2were generally produced through a chemical reaction. Also,the coloring of the Jun Ware is by scattering of Mie and Reyleigh combined action result.
