摘要
为了有效防控越橘巢蛾的发生,在22、25、28、31和34℃温度条件下研究越橘巢蛾(Sardoscelis spenias Meyrick)不同虫态的发育历期、发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明:越橘巢蛾的发育历期受温度影响显著,随着温度的升高,各虫态发育历期缩短;幼虫的发育历期最长,其次为蛹,卵和产卵前期的历期最短。越橘巢蛾卵、幼虫、蛹和产卵前期的发育起点温度分别为11.98、6.47、10.92和8.61℃,有效积温分别为114.38、449.73、139.92和95.41日·度;整个世代完成发育所需要的有效积温为837.06日·度,预测在黔东南地区1a发生5~6代。
In order to effectively control the occurrence of Sardoscelis spenias Meyrick,the developmental duration,developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulative temperature of each stage of S.spenias were studied under five constant temperatures in the laboratory.The results showed that the developmental duration of different life stages of S.spenias were shortened with increasing of temperature under five constant temperatures ranging from 22 to 34℃.The developmental duration of larvae was the longest,followed by pupae,the egg and pre-oviposition adult was the shortest.The developmental threshold temperature(DTT)of egg,larvae,pupae and pre-oviposition adult was 11.98,6.47,10.92 and 8.61℃respectively,and their effective accumulative temperature(EAT)was 114.38,449.73,139.92 and 95.41℃·d respectively.The effective accumulated temperature of a generation was 837.06℃·d.It was predicted that 5~6generations occurred in Qiandongnan area each year.
