摘要
温室生产是当前草莓栽培的主要生产模式,而温室土壤极易盐碱化,研究盐胁迫条件下草莓的生理生态表现对于草莓设施栽培具有重要的意义。草莓是一种盐碱敏感植物,盐胁迫条件下草莓生长受到抑制,表现为植株萎蔫、叶绿素含量下降,SOD和POD活性发生变化,MDA及脯氨酸含量升高等一系列生理生态反应。提高草莓耐盐性有多种途径,主要为诱变筛选、施用外源生理活性物质以及接种菌根菌等,另外养分调控也是一种切实可行的方法。
Greenhouse production is the main production mode of strawberry cultivation in current,and extremely easy to salinization in greenhouse soil.Physiological and ecological performance of strawberry under salt stress had important significance for strawberry cultivation.The results showed that the growth of strawberry had been inhibited by the condition of salt stress,physiological and ecological response were wilting,the content of chlorophyll decreased,activity of SOD and POD changed and the content of MDA and proline increased.There were many ways to improve the salt tolerance of strawberry,the main methods included mutation screening and application of exogenous and physiological active substance and mycorrhizal fungi and so on,and the nutrient regulation was also a feasible method.
