摘要
为优化野生鱼腥草多糖水提法的最佳工艺条件,研究野生鱼腥草多糖提取物的还原能力、清除羟基自由基的能力及清除超氧阴离子和亚硝酸盐的能力。利用正交试验设计,对野生鱼腥草多糖提取的料液比,提取温度和提取时间进行优化。结果表明:鱼腥草多糖的最佳提取方法为料液比1∶40,提取温度90℃,提取时间2.0h。野生鱼腥草多糖提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力,且抗氧化能力与多糖含量呈线性关系。
In order to optimize the best extraction condition of polysaccharides from wild Houttuynia cordata and study the reducing activity,hydroxyl free radical(·OH),superoxide anion radical(O2-·)and nitrite(NO-2)of polysaccharides.The ratio of solid to liquid,extraction temperature and extraction time were optimized by orthogonal test.The results showed that the best ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶40,extraction temperature was90℃,extracting time was 2hours.The polysaccharide extraction from wild Houttuynia cordata had strong antioxidant capacity and there were linear correlation between antioxidant capacity and polysaccharide content.
