为满足市场对于墨兰的需要,同时达到保护野生植物的需求,从外植体的选择、培养基的选择以及其它因子对墨兰增殖与分化的影响、外植体褐变的抑制、生根壮苗等方面综述墨兰组培快繁技术的研究现状,就墨兰的发展前景进行了展望,同时对墨兰今后相关研究提出一些建议。

In order to satisfy the needs of the market for Cymbiduim sinense,and achieve the demand for the protection of wild plants,the research progress on tissue culture of Cymbiduim sinense from explant selection and medium types,other factors on proliferation,differentiation,decreasing the explants browning and rooting of Cymbiduim sinense were introduced.The problem in the progress in tissue culture of Cymbiduim sinense and the solution methods were reviewed.At the same time,some advice for further study on tissue culture of Cymbiduim sinense was provided.
