医院政治思想教育工作的实践与思考

随着社会主义市场经济的发展，各行各业的发展呈现出了大繁荣的局面。但是我们在看到市场经济的发展带来的一些有利影响的同时，也应该对它给社会带来的负面影响给予重视。特别是在医疗卫生行业，医院在造福人民生活的同时，也滋生了许多不良现象，形成了许多不正之风,比如收取红包、“吃回扣”、乱收费等。本文主要揭示了存在于医院中的不道德的甚至是违法的现象，并结合当今社会的实际分析这些问题产生的现实原因，从而引出思想政治教育工作对于医院工作的重要性，为医院的思想政治教育工作建言献策。

with the development of socialist market economy, the development of all walks of life out of the big prosperous situation presents. But we see some beneficial effects the development of the market economy at the same time, should also pay much attention to the negative effect that it brings to the society. Especially in the medical and health industry, the hospital in the well-being of the people living at the same time, also caused a lot of bad phenomenon, has formed many unwholesome tendencies, such as receive red envelopes, ＂kickbacks＂, fees etc.. This paper reveals the hospital immoral or even illegal phenomenon, the realistic reason and combined with the practical analysis of these problems, which leads to the importance of Ideological and political education work for hospital work, as the hospital＇s ideological and political education work suggestions.
