摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定香砂参术颗粒中橙皮苷的含量.方法:采用WatersC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6nm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(21:79),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为284nm,柱温30℃.结果:橙皮苷进样量在8μg^80μg(r=0.999)范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率(n=6)为101.66%.结论:本方法灵敏度高,操作简便,准确可靠,可用于香砂参术颗粒中橙皮苷的含量测定. Objective: To develop the determination of Hesperidin in the the Xiang Sha Shen Shu Granules by HPLC. Methods: A Waters C18 (250mm× 4.6mm, 5μm) column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile--phosphoric acid 0.2% tech grade (21:79) at a flow rate of 1.0mL ·min-1; the wavelength of UV detection was 284nm, and the column temperature was 30℃C. Results: There was a good linear relationship (r= 0.9999) when the injectiou volume of Hesperidin was 8μg-80μg; the average recov- ery (n=6) was 101.66%. Conclusion: This method is highly sensitive, convenient, accurate and reliable, which can be used to determine Hesperidin in the Xiang Sha Shen Shu Granules.
