《傅青主女科》论带下浅析

Discussion on the Morbid Leucorrhea Referred to Fu Qingzhu's Obstetrics and Gynecology

傅氏首创以五色论带,认为"带下"属带脉之病,与任督二脉密切相关;病因以"湿""热"为主;辨证以肝脾肾三脏立论。治疗上傅氏强调疏肝、扶脾、补肾,并创立了一系列行之有效的方剂。

FU Qingzhu was the first to create the system of treating different types of morbid leucorrhea according to different colors. He thought that morbid leucorrhea should be classified as a type of disease of Dai meridian,and closely related to Ren meridian and Du meridian. ＂Wet＂ and ＂Hot＂ were viewed as the causative factors of the disease. The dialectical process should start from distinguishing which organ the disease belongs to liver,spleen or kidney. The main treatments were soothing the liver,supporting the spleen and tonifying the kidney. And some effective prescriptions were created.
