钱乙创立了儿科脏腑辨证思想,系统阐述了小儿脾胃的生理病理特点,并在治疗上注重顾护脾胃的思想,其书《小儿药证直诀》对后世中医儿科临床具有深远的影响。

QIAN Yi established the pediatric internal organs dialectical thought to explain the physiological and pathological features of the spleen and stomach,to pay attention to protect the spleen and stomach in pediatric treatments. His book ＂Key to Therapeutics of Pediatric Diseases＂ made great influence to the later generation of the TCM pediatrics.
