炮制减毒原理对中药白花曼陀罗毒性成分含量的影响分析

Impact Analysis of Attenuated Processing Principle of Datura Toxic Constituents Contents of Chinese Drug Peucedanum

目的:研究中药白花曼陀罗炮制减毒对毒性、生物碱含量的影响。方法:制备中药白花曼陀罗生品、炮制品若干,取雄性健康SD大鼠100只,随机分为生品实验组、生品对照组、炮制品实验组、炮制品对照组,每组25只,研究组应用生品、炮制品中药白花曼陀罗溶液静注,对照组应用CMC-Na混悬液灌胃,观察各组大鼠兴奋性,活动功能强弱,体重、食欲变化,皮毛表现等。对比生品、炮制品中药白花曼陀罗中的生物碱含量。结果:生品研究组大鼠有短暂的兴奋表现,但随即活动功能减弱,呈体重减轻、食欲减退等表现,并且皮毛竖立、光泽消失,3天后恢复正常,与生品对照组相较,呈明显差异(P<0.05)。炮制品研究组大鼠均未见异常表现,与炮制品对照组相较,不具差异(P>0.05)。炮制品中药白花曼陀罗中盐酸阿托品、东莨菪碱含量与生品中药白花曼陀罗相较,呈显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药白花曼陀罗经中医药学炮制方法处理,不仅能够降低生物碱含量,而且能够降低药学毒性,二者呈正相关,论证了中药白花曼陀罗毒性随生物碱含量的改变,发生相应变化,为临床治疗提供了充分的理论依据,也为毒性药材的合理应用提供了宝贵信息。

Objective： To study the effect of attenuated Chinese Datura stramonium processing on toxicity,alkaloid content.Methods： The preparation of traditional Chinese medicine of Datura metel raw products, processed products of several,100 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into raw materials,experimental group,controlled group,crude processed products,processed products of experimental group,controlled group,25 rats in each group,the study group used raw products,processed products of Chinese medicine white Datura solution for intravenous injection the controlled group was given CMC-Na,suspension gavage,the excitability of rats were observed,activity function strength,weight,change in appetite,fur performance etc. The alkaloid content of contrast,white goods processed products of traditional Chinese medicine of Datura stramonium.Results： The living research group had the exhilaration short- lived,but then activity weakened,a weight loss,anorexia and other performance,and fur erected,gloss disappear,3days after return to normal,and the raw product was significantly difference compared with the controlled group,（ P〈0. 05）. The research group of rats showed no abnormal findings of processed products and processed products,compared with the controlled group,with no difference（ P0. 05）. Processed products of traditional Chinese medicine of Datura metel atropine,scopolamine hydrochloride in content and crude compared to traditional Chinese medicine of Datura metel,showed significant difference（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Chinese Datura stramonium by processing method of TCM treatment,not only can reduce the content of alkaloid,but also can reduce the toxicity of pharmacy,two have positive correlation with Chinese medicine,Datura stramonium toxic alkaloid content demonstrated changes,corresponding changes,provide a sufficient theoretical basis for clinical treatment,provide valuable information for reasonable application toxicity of medicinal herbs.
