半夏泻心汤加味治疗急性胃肠炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Banxia Xiexin Decoction to Treat Acute Gastroenteritis

目的:观察半夏泻心汤治疗急性肠胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择了本院90例急性胃肠炎患者,随机分成两组,治疗组使用半夏泻心汤加味进行治疗,对照组使用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾进行治疗。5天后比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率为86.67%,对照组痊愈率为66.67%,有统计学差异(P<0.5),且治疗组腹泻、腹痛、水样便、腹胀的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);结论:将半夏泻心汤加味用于治疗急性胃肠炎,可减轻症状,提高疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis. Methods： 90 patients with acute gastroenteritis in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,the treatment group received oral Banxia Xiexin Decoction,and the controlled group treated by Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Tablet,then compared the curative effect of the two groups. Results： The cure rate of the treatment group was86. 67%,the controlled group was 66. 67%,and compared the cure rates of the two groups showed statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）,especially the improvement degrees of diarrhea,abdominal pain,watery stool and distension were significantly better in the treatment group than that in the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of acute gastroenteritis with Banxia Xiexin Decoction can alleviate symptoms and improve the therapeutic effects.
