自拟中药方联合布地奈德吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Budesonide in Patients with Bronchiolitis

目的：观察自拟中药方联合布地奈德吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效,观察患者症状或体征改善时间状况。方法：选择本院2011年1月-2014年4月小儿毛细支气管炎患者128例,根据治疗方法分为对照组（60例）和治疗组（68例）,对照组应用布地奈德吸入治疗。治疗组应用自拟中药方联合布地奈德吸入治疗。主要评估临床治疗效果、主要症状或体征评分及消失时间、住院时间等。结果：治疗组治愈率为82.35%,高于对照组65.00%（P〈0.05）;治疗组住院时间为（7.44±0.83）天,低于对照组（9.18±0.92）天（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后哮喘症状和气道反应性评分分别为0.73±0.15和0.71±0.20,均低于对照组治疗后1.29±0.18和1.22±0.26（P〈0.05）。治疗组患者咳嗽、气促缓解、喘憋及肺部体征消失时间分别为5.01±0.77天、3.14±0.38天、3.65±0.46天和5.42±0.97天,均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：自拟中药方联合布地奈德吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效观察效果显著,通过化痰止咳、清热宣肺、祛邪固表,可明显改善患者症状或体征,缩短患者治疗时间。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with budesonide for patients with bronchiolitis,and to observe the symptoms and signs. Methods： 128 patients with bronchiolitis were selected in the hospital from January 2011 to April 2014,according to the treatment methods they were divided into controlled group（ 60cases）and the treatment group（ 68cases）. The controlled group received budesonide inhalation treatment,the treatment group used self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with budesonide inhalation treatment. To evaluate the clinical effect,main symptoms and signs score and their disappeared time,hospitalization time etc. Results： The cure rate of the treatment group was82. 35%（ 56 /68）,higher than that of the controlled group,which was 65. 00%（ 39 /60）（ P〈0. 05）. The hospital stay time of the treatment group was 7. 44±0. 83 days,9. 18±0. 92 days,lower than that of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the symptoms of asthma and airway responsiveness scores of the treatment group were 0. 73±0. 15 and 0. 71±0. 20,lower than the controlled group after the treatment of 1. 29±0. 18 and 1. 22±0. 26（ P〈0. 05）. The cough,shortness of breath,wheezing and alleviate lung signs disappeared time of the observation group were 5. 01±0. 77 days,3. 14±0. 38 days,3. 65±0. 46 days and 5. 42±0. 97 days,lower than the controlled group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： There was better effect of self- made traditional Chinese medicine combined with budesonide for patients with bronchiolitis,by eliminating phlegm and relieving cough,decrease heat and lung diffusing,eliminating evil and solid surface,which can significantly improve symptoms and signs,shorten the treatment time.
