益气活血法辅助治疗乳腺癌术后患者的疗效及对患者生存质量的影响

Curative Effect and Influence on the Quality of Life of Applying Yiqi Huoxue Method in Post-operative Breast Cancer Patients with Adjuvant Treatment

目的：观察益气活血法辅助治疗乳腺癌术后患者的疗效及对患者生存质量的影响。方法：选择2011年4月-2013年4月我院收治的乳腺癌术后患者60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组采用TAC化疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用我院自拟中药方剂,比较两组临床疗效、生存质量以及不良反应。结果：观察组治疗总有效率56.67%、对照组治疗总有效率30.00%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前两组患者生存质量评分不具有统计学显著性意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组患者生存质量评分均较治疗前显著升高（P〈0.05）,治疗后观察组生存质量评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者恶心呕吐、肝功能损害的发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：益气活血法辅助治疗乳腺癌术后化疗患者能够显著提高临床疗效,且有效改善患者生存质量、减少化疗毒副反应,值得临床运用。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation in patients with adjuvant treatment of breast cancer after operation and the influence on the quality of life of patients. Methods： 60 patients were selected in April 2011 - April 2013 in our hospital after breast cancer operation,it wound be randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,30 cases in each group,the controlled group using TAC chemotherapy,the observation group used our hospital with Chinese medicine based on the the controlled group,compared two groups of clinical curative effect,quality of life and adverse reaction. Results： The total effective rate was 56. 67% in the observation group,the total effective rate was 30% of the controlled group,compared with of the controlled groups,it had statistically significant difference（ P0. 05）;two groups before treatment patients survival quality score was not statistically significant（ P0. 05）,the two groups after treatment patients survival quality scores were significantly increased（ P0. 05）,after treatment,the observation group quality of life scores were significantly higher than that of the controlled group（ P0. 05）; the incidence rate of the patients in the observation group were nausea and vomiting,liver function damage was significantly lower than the controledl group（ P0. 05）. Conclusion：Yiqi Huoxue Adjuvant Therapy for breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and effectively improve the life quality of patients,reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy,worthy of clinical application.
