中医护理技术在类风湿关节炎疼痛管理中的运用研究

Application Research of Applying Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technique in Rheumatoid Arthritis Pain Management

目的:探讨中医护理技术在类风湿关节炎(RA)疼痛管理中的运用效果。方法:收集2013年06月至2014年05月,我院收治的疾病处于较稳定或低滴度活动状态时的RA共96例,视觉疼痛模拟量表评分(VAS)在6分以下,随机分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组行常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上取消非甾体抗炎药的使用,改用中医护理技术,比较两组的镇痛效果。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分均明显降低,但观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理技术用于类风湿性关节炎患者疼痛评分在6分以下,且疾病处于较稳定或低滴度活动状态时的治疗,可完全替代非甾体抗炎药的镇痛效果,能有效控制疼痛,改善患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective： To study the using effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique in the management of rheumatoid arthritis（ RA） pain. Methods： To collect June 2013 to May 2013,our hospital diseases in a relatively stable or low drop degrees of active RA,a total of 96 cases,visual analog pain scale score（ VAS） in the following six points,were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,each group had 48 cases. The controlled group was given routine treatment and nursing,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique on the basis of the controlled which cancel the use of non- steroidal anti- inflammatory drugs of the observation group,to compare the analgesic effect of the two groups. Results： The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower,but the observation group was significantly lower than the controlled group（ P0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine nursing technique used in patients with rheumatoid arthritis pain scoring six points in the following,and diseases in a relatively stable or low drop degree of active treatment,can completely replace the analgesic effect of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,can effectively control pain,improve the patient＇s quality of life,is worth of popularization and application.
