摘要
由于换流站阀厅在直流输电系统中的重要地位,其安全运行至关重要。因此其内部金具场强必须控制在一定范围内,防止电晕对设备运行的干扰。阀厅内部金具的表面电场计算对于阀厅金具的设计有着重要的指导意义。针对阀厅内部结构复杂造成的剖分困难,笔者结合某±800 kV换流站阀厅整体模型的表面电场计算,提出了区域化的剖分方法。该方法基于模块化与独立化的思想,便于分工操作,可操作性强,效率高。该方法下整体模型与子模型计算结果的对比表明,基于区域化剖分技术的整体模型计算结果具有较高的精度。该方法为特高压直流换流站阀厅以及其他复杂模型的有限元电场求解提供了一定的借鉴,具有重要的指导意义。
Valve hall of converter station is the key part of the whole HVDC transmission system. The stable operation of valve hall is of great importance. Hence the electric field intensity on the surface of fittings in the valve hall must be kept under a certain limitation to prevent corona. Surface electric field calculation of the fittings in valve hall can provide meaningful guidance to the design of the fittings. However, the division of meshes is difficult due to the complexity of the valve hall model. Taking a whole model of ±800 kV valve hall as an example,this paper proposes a regionalization meshing technique based on the principles of modularization and independence. This technique allows the work to be divided, thus it is of high efficiency and easy operation.Comparison of the calculation results between whole model and sub-model calculation results proves that the proposed technique can achieve high electric field calculation accuracy of whole model of UHVDC converter valve hall, and meet the computing requirement.
