摘要 笔者对某750 kV变电站高压并联电抗器乙炔气体体积分数超过标准规定数值的原因及设备故障情况进行了详细介绍和分析。根据电抗器油色谱检测数据,通过采取局部放电定位、振动检测、器体吊罩检查、高抗温升试验等手段,确定了设备故障原因为电抗器铁心压紧结构设计不佳,建议改变电抗器压紧方式,将单中轴压紧改为多点压紧方式,从而有效抑制电抗器振动,经改进目前该电抗器运行情况较为稳定。 A fault of acetylene exceeding limit in a 750 kV shunt reactor was analyzed. According to the data of chromatographic analysis, the methods of PD location, vibration measurement, gas detection, and anti-temperature rise test, as well as disassembling check and finite element analysis, were adopted to determine that the fault was caused by inadequate design of the reactor core's fastening piece. A countermeasure was offered, in which the fastening mode is changed from one-point fastening to multi-point fastening to enhance vibration suppression of the shunt reactor,and the application verifies this coutermeasure.
