摘要
以φ(H2S)为42%和φ(H2S)为10%为原料的二转二吸装置、酸性气φ(S)为4%的一转一吸装置为例,详细介绍了半干法制酸工艺的具体应用。二转二吸的尾气φ(SO2)低于0.009 5%。对φ(H2S)为42%的原料气,蒸汽产率为2.65 t/t,即使酸性气φ(S)为4%,蒸汽产率也达2.12 t/t。
As an example of double absorption plant using H2 S concentration of 42 vol% and 10 vol% as raw material,and single absorption process using H2 S concentration of 4 vol% respectively,practical application of semi-drying sulphuric acid process is introduced. The concentration of tail gas from double absorption plant was less than 0. 009 5%. Waste heat productivity reached 2. 65 t / t for raw material of 42 vol% H2 S concentration,and even if for 4 vol% H2 S,waste heat productivity reached 2. 12 t / t.
