介绍了200 kt/a硫酸装置磁性焙烧的工艺设计特点、设备选型,以及硫酸装置开车生产的实践情况。试生产期间通过对沸腾炉点火工艺改进,以及对系统设备、工艺方面的调试和完善,使装置目前运行平稳。硫酸产量、工艺指标、消耗等方面优于设计值,为以后的矿渣产品、余热发电、蒸汽外卖、循环利用和经济发展打下基础。

Design characteristics,equipment choice and start-up practice of 200 kt / a sulphuric acid plant based on pyrite concentrate are introduced. During pilot production,process improvement of igniting fluidized bed furnace,debugging and perfecting device and process made the equipment run stably. Output of sulphuric acid,technical index and consumption exceeded the design value,laying the foundation for slag usage,cogeneration,vapor sales,cyclic utilization and economic development.
