摘要
介绍了大冶有色冶炼厂硫酸系统中脱硫塔运行过程的一些问题。分析了脱硫塔顶变形、格栅支撑开裂变形、格栅板和丝网腐蚀受损的原因。通过改变烟气进出口方式、加固塔顶、将塔内件材质改用耐酸陶瓷,使气体在脱硫塔内分布效果更佳,塔内件耐腐蚀效果更好。
Problems during the operation of desulphurization tower in Smelter,Daye Nonferrous Metal Co. are introduced. Reasons of deformation of desulphurization tower top,cracking and deformation of grid support and damage resulted from corrosion of grid and screen are analyzed. The spreading effect of gas in the desulphurization tower was better and stronger corrosion resistance was achieved by changing inlet and outlet style of gas, strengthening tower support, and using acid-proof ceramics for tower internals material.
