摘要
介绍陕西锌业有限公司氧化锌高效脱硫技术的工艺流程及改进措施。改造后,尾气酸雾质量浓度低于30 mg/m3,尾气脱硫后SO2排放浓度不超过200 mg/m3,硫酸日产量平均增长率6.46%,每年至少减排二氧化硫505 t,回收硫酸锌1143 t。
Process flow and improvement measures of zinc based method for desulphurization in Shanxi Zinc Industry Co.,Ltd.are introduced. After transformation,the concentration of acid gas was below 30 mg / m3,that of sulphur dioxide in the tail gas removed was below 200 mg / m3. Average growth rate of sulphuric acid daily output was 6. 46%,sulphur dioxide discharged decreased by 505 t / a,and zinc sulphate recycled reached 1143 t.
