摘要
成捆石油套管在入库前要对套管个数进行统计,为克服人工统计产生的误差,采用视觉的方法实现对成捆套管个数的计数。首先,采集成捆套管端面图像,进而采用Halcon软件对图像进行裁剪、处理和分割,最后实现套管计数。
The number of oil casing needs to be statistics before bundles of casing storage,To o-vercome the error produced by artificial statistic, using visual method to count the number of bun-dles of casing.First,acquire end face image of bundles of casing,then using Halcon software to crop,process and segment image,finally,count-ing casing.
