摘要
在实际工况中,机构广义强度退化包括疲劳、磨损、腐蚀等,是机构的主要故障机理。本文在机构综合法分析的基础上,同时考虑机构运动可靠性分析中强度退化(主要是机构运动误差和磨损)的时变性和模糊性,提出基于广义强度退化的机构模糊时变可靠性建模方法,结合时变可靠度分析方法,如PHI2、MCS和机构可靠度计算方法如FORM、SORM,同时考虑状态(误差和磨损量)的模糊性,来仿真计算模糊时变失效概率,最后利用曲柄滑块机构和谐波减速器来验证该方法的实用性和可行性。
In fact,mechanism reliability usually consider kinematic reliability of mechanism.Strength degradation including fatigue、 wear、corrosion and motion error etc.,are major failure mechanism of mechanisms.In this paper,basing on mechanism synthesis,considering time-dependent of strength degradation(motion error and wear) and fuzzy of the state in mechanism reliability analysis,fuzzy time-dependent mathematical model of reliability is established basing on strength degradation.By fuzzy time-dependent methods,such as PHI2 YMCS,combining with traditional mechanical reliability analysis methods,such as FORM/SORM,considering fuzzy of the state(motion error and wear),compute fuzzy time-dependent failure probability.Two examples demonstrate the practicality and feasibility of the method.
