摘要
本文介绍了自主研制大气低压模拟舱基本参数及其性能测试和初步应用结果。舱体尺寸为550~600mm,长600mm,具备自动和手动两种气压控制方式,舱内极限低压可达2.1hPa。测试表明:在抽气时舱内气压变化率平均4.1hPa/s,舱内气压对数与抽气时间在量程范围内基本呈线性变化,压力响应特性曲线随着气压的降低而降低;放气时舱内气压变化率平均6.6hPa/s,值在100hPa附近达到最大且向气压的高、低两个方向减小。舱内压力响应静态点测试在10s到1min内为2.2%~3.6%,1~10min为3.6±1.8%。漏气率在10min内为0.4Pa/min,实际压力控制偏差在10、20、40min和1h内分别为0.04、0.1、0.19和0.25hPa。应用低压模拟舱对美国SPC-6A型臭氧探空仪在100hPa以下泵效订正系数测量的结果与厂家提供的校准曲线对比显示结果较好,偏差在70hPa以上泵效小于2.5%、35~70hPa小于5%、20~35hPa小于6%、20hPa以下小于5%。低压模拟舱满足气象探空仪器检测的低压环境需求。
A self-developed hypobaric chamber and its technological parameters,as well as the performance tests and preliminary application,are introduced.The chamber is cylindrical-shaped with the dimension of600 mm in length and 550-600 mm in diameter.The internal pressure of chamber can be reduced in an automatic or manual mode,and the lowest value can be 2.1hPa.Performance testing results show that the average pumping rate of the chamber is 4.1hPa/s.The logarithm of pressure in chamber varies linearly with suction time within effective pressure range.The chamber pressure response curve decreases with decreasing pressure,and the average deflation rate of the chamber pressure is 6.6hPa/s.The deflation efficiency maximum value is around 100 hPa,with the efficiency reducing from 100 hPa in the higher or lower direction.The static response tests show that the chamber air pressure variability is 2.2%to 3.6%in 10-60 s,and 3.6±1.8%in 1-10 min.The average air leak rate of the chamber is 0.4Pa/min in 10 min,and the actual pressure deviations in 10,20,40 min and 1hour is 0.04,0.1,0.19,and 0.25 hPa,respectively.The hypobaric chamber is used for testing the SPC-6Aozonesonde pump efficiency in a lowpressure environment.The results show that the deviation of pump efficiency correction factor is〈2.5%,〈5%,〈6%,and 〈5%,respectively,when the corresponding air pressure is〉70hPa,70-35 hPa,35-20 hPa,and〈20hPa.These measured pump efficiency correction factors are consist with the original values provided by the manufacture.The hypobaric chamber is expected to provide a low-pressure environment for correlative meteorological instrument performance testing.
