摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮核黄素添加水平对3-5月龄生长獭兔生长性能、毛皮质量、血液指标及抗氧化功能的影响。选取体重相近、健康状况良好的3月龄獭兔160只,随机分成4组,每组40个重复,每个重复1只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加3、6和12 mg/kg核黄素的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期53 d。结果表明:饲粮核黄素添加水平对生长獭兔料重比、平均日增重、平均日采食量均无显著影响(P〉0.05),对毛皮厚度、被毛长度无显著影响(P〉0.05),但是对毛皮面积、毛皮重量有显著或极显著影响(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。饲粮核黄素添加水平对血清胆固醇含量有显著影响(P〈0.05),而对血清总蛋白、白蛋白、甘油三酯、尿素氮、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。6 mg/kg添加组血清和肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。饲粮核黄素添加水平对血清和肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛含量以及肝脏总抗氧化能力无显著影响(P〉0.05)。结果表明,生长獭兔的饲粮核黄素添加水平为6 mg/kg(饲粮核黄素实测含量为8.35 mg/kg)时能显著提高毛皮品质和机体抗氧化能力。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary riboflavin supplemental level on growth performance, fur quality, blood indices and antioxidant function of growing Rex rabbits aged from 3 to 5 months. A total of 160 three-month-old healthy Rex rabbits with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 40 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate. Rabbits in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the others in the experimental groups were fed the experimental diets supplemented with 3, 6 and 12 mg/kg riboflavin, respectively. The pre-test period lasted for 7 days, and the experimental period lasted for 53 days. The results showed as follows: dietary riboflavin supplemental levels had no significant effects on average daily gain, average daily feed intake, ratio of feed to gain, fur thickness and wool length ( P〉0.05) , while it had significant effects on fur area and fur weight ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) . Dietary riboflavin supplemen-tal levels had significant effects on serum cholesterol content ( P〈0.05) , while it had no significant effects on the contents of total protein, albumin , triglyceride, urea nitrogen, high-density lipoprotein cholestorol ( HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholestorol in serum ( P〉0.05) . The serum and liver glutathione peroxi-dase activity in 6 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P〈0.01) . Dietary riboflavin supplemental levels had no significant effects on serum and liver total superoxide dismutase activity, malondial-dehyde content and liver total antioxidant capability ( P〉0. 05 ) . In conclusion, dietary supplemented with 6 mg/kg riboflavin ( dietary riboflavin measured content is 8.35 mg/kg) can improve fur quality and antioxi-dant function of growing Rex rabbits.
